3D quantisation

Paper details:

How to find the appropriate level of quantisation? how much bit per coordinate do I actually need to describe the vertices of triangle mesh?
1.intro
1.1 mesh / polygon
1.2 Rendering (raytracing, shading, texture, splatting, points, set,rendering subpoint, uncertainty in modelling or visualisation, rendering tech/ probabilistic rendering) these some areas must be covered
in this (Rendering) section you have to write in 3 subjects
geometric rendering/ volume rendering/ rendering Algorithms.
and you have to focus on shading as 99% of application use it.
1.3 quality measure on mesh
1.4 quality measure on images
1.1 and 1.2 are background
1.3 and 1.4 literature

Note:
this a part of a research the practical part and experiment I did but i need help with the above part as I straggle a lot with it.
