The Civil Rights Act of 1964 established the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC). The EEOC is charged with establishing guidelines to enforce the Civil Rights Act. Go to: http://www.eeoc.gov/policy/vii.html  Using a word processing program retype the following questions and then answer them in your document:   1. Under what conditions may an employer pay different wages to employees of opposite gender? 2. Name two examples where gender may be a bona fide occupational requirement for the job.
