IMPORTANT: You can’t pick a technology someone else has already taken. So, for example, if I am the first person to post on Artificial Intelligence, no one else can post on that topic. If you do, you won’t get full credit for discussion group this week. In your post, briefly describe the technology – “briefly” means 2-3 sentences. Then comment on how this technology enables a new business capability – a couple of sentences will do. Then comment on how this technology poses a business risk to organizations – ditto. —————————————————————————————————————————————— Consider one of these types of businesses – a bus system for a city’s schools, a company that provides electrical power in several states, or a company that sells a line of clothing. List 4-5 business capabilities for the type of business you have chosen. Remember that business capabilities describe a “what” is done and not a “how” it gets done. I suggest you use verb-object type phrases. For example, the school bus system has a capability of “transport students” and the clothing company needs a capability of “accept payments”.
