the “Customer Complaint Process Map” on page 3 of the attached document to write a full customer service recovery procedure for a healthcare company. Procedure should help organization resolve issues by converting a previously dissatisfied customer into a loyal customer.
PS: The wording on pages 1 and 2 are what I have started. Please make changes to turn this into a clear procedure that staff and supervisors can follow easily to resolve customer complaints.
