Paper details:

Students will act as professional event planners, and are invited to prepare a comprehensive plan containing relevant strategies to be applied when dealing with a crisis (for this exercise, please refer to an example of a crisis that has recently affected one of the events organized by you – feel free to choose the type of event which you prefer). Based on the course content on Event Planning, on the group work and discussions conducted in class, please focus on elements like: identifying, evaluating and analyzing the crisis, stakeholder’s reactions, your company’s reputation, efficiently
dealing with the crisis internally & externally, creating the best crisis response(s), dialogue with the media, clients and other relevant stakeholders, follow-up actions, lessons learnt.

must use references (books, academic articles, relevant websites). A reference / bibliography section should be added at the end of the paper to indicate the consulted sources (titles / authors / websites).
