1. Give an overview about the different theoretical approaches to evaluate a company’s global environment. Write a critical literature review on various environmental factors that may influence the global operations of an organization. (30 marks)
2. Select an international company of your own choice (except from Coca-Cola, Pepsi, McDonald’s, KFC, Starbuck’s, Apple, Tesco, H&M, Zara, M&S, Bodyshop and Red Bull). Furthermore select a market (a country or area of a country) of your own choice in which the company is not operating up to now. Critically analyse the operations of the company in light of environmental factors you have discussed in task one. (30 marks)
3. Based on your previous findings in task 1 and 2, draw an outline for a suitable global marketing strategy for the chosen company and the market. This should include recommendations and implications for the global marketing mix which should enlarge on the 4p’s for the company’s global marketing strategy. (30 marks)
