HappinessYour assignment is to read one of the popular books listed below on a topic of happiness. After you have read the book, you are to record a 3-4 minute presentation on the book as it relates to course material. There will be three seconds of your speech: 1) summarize the main findings in the book, 2) reflect on the main findings of the book, and discuss the findings you agree and disagree with, and 3) talk about how you are taking the suggestions from the book and applying them to your life. Discuss the things you tried, and the extent to which they worked (or not). I have listed a series of books that can be used for this project.
