For example, you can do this by referring to specific management issues that were interesting from your point of view (explain why). Another way of being specific in your reflection piece may involve illustrating your answer with extracts from your notes (this could help you illustrate how your approach may have evolved over time for instance) or your experiences working in companies before taking Masters degree.
