Mrs. Cooper bought a package tour from Happy Holidays Ltd. Including a hike
through the mountains. Upon arrival at the destination, the group was welcomed by a
tour guide from the company adventure Hike Ltd. During the tour the group members
had to jump off a stone of 30-40 cm height into the river. Unfortunately, one of the
group members jumped directly on a stone lying on the ground of the water and broke
her kneecap.
What are claims of the plaintiff and what is the extent of liability in this case.
