Assignment Steps Scenario: Your team has been tasked with spearheading a major cost savings initiative within the organization. The team has been tasked with devising a plan to offshore the contact center eliminating resources/roles within the organization. Points to consider: risk assessment, persuasion, buy-in, conflict resolution, power/politics, motivation, etc. Prepare a 1,050-word examination in which you explain the following: Describe why innovation and change management is necessary in organizations and what organizations should consider in the process. Explain which leadership approaches you would utilize to gain buy-in from employees in the organization. Explain what approach you would take to mitigate power, politics, and conflict management. Provide an approach example for each. Explain what motivational theories you would utilize to gain support from employees during the implementation of the initiative and why you selected the theories. Explain how you could utilize rewards and recognition programs to foster an environment welcoming this change initiative and future endeavors.
