From the perspective of a health care administrator (of any type of health care organization), who oversees human resource benefits, analyze how you would evaluate the quality of care being delivered by your health benefits contractor(s) to your employees. Design an outcomes measurement strategy and/or plan for your organization to use to assess the quality of care and reduce risk. Your paper must be three to five double-spaced pages (excluding title and reference pages) and formatted according to APA style as outlined in the Ashford Writing Center.
