Quiet Reflection

Instructions
Quiet reflection in a peaceful place without distraction, do so before you complete this assignment. After doing this, create an entry in which you:
Write about where you went. Describe the setting.(walk in park)
Talk about what it was like for you to listen to yourself and to God.
What were some of your thoughts and feelings as you listened?

This past Friday I took a walk to help escape so, that I can think more clearly. I remember it being a beautiful early fall day with a slight cool breeze in the air. So, that day, I walked off the path and went down by the river. Listening to the sound of the river flowing and the leaves rustling in the wing helped me to relax and focus on my thoughts.
